The client approached us after spending around $10,000 on advertising with 3-4 different specialists but receiving an insufficient number of leads. While GLSA (Google Local Services Ads) was already running, they needed to improve lead flow through Google Search Ads. By the time they reached out, the client had lost faith in achieving results in this industry.
Before starting, we requested access to the client’s ad account to analyze the current setup and identify key issues. One major mistake was the improper use of keywords — the focus was on the broad term “Appliance Repair”, whereas this niche requires targeting specific problems like “dryer repair” or “dishwasher repair.”
